DENKA BLACK is composed of carbon particles jointed together in a chainlike fashion, and has a three dimensional chain structure. The internal structure of DENKA BLACK is composed of many crystallites.
Furthermore, another typical characteristic of DENKA BLACK is very high purity, over 99.5% fixed carbon content. The main impurity may consist of very small content of inorganic materials.
The above-mentioned physical and chemical properties give unique characteristics to DENKA BLACK, such as high solvent adsorption and electrical conductivity.
